How can I get involved?

We would love to see our parents and guardians involved in Mother Earth futureFERNS and have a few roles for you to share this Netball experience with your children.

Who can participate in Mother Earth futureFERNS?

Children who are aged five years and over. Boys up until the age of 12.

Who runs the Mother Earth futureFERNS programme?

The programme is being delivered by endorsed Mother Earth futureFERNS providers. These are usually our Netball Centres but the programme can also be run by satellite endorsed providers.

How long does the programme run for?

NNZ recommends the programme runs for a minimum of six weeks and a maximum of 10 weeks for Year 1 – 4 players. 10 session plans which offer a different skill each week are provided for Year 5 – 8. Contact your local Netball Centre for more information.

How do we sign up for Mother Earth futureFERNS?

Please contact your local Netball Centre or click the PLAY button on our website to find your nearest Netball Centre. If you are still unsure, please email futureFERNS@netballnz.co.nz
